Orders received before 2:00 pm EST will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Orders will be shipped using USPS or UPS Ground, which delivers to residential and business addresses Monday through Friday. A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Flat Rate Standard Shipping: Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States should arrive in 5 – 7 business days depending on delivery location. Over sized items are subject to an additional fee.
Free Standard Shipping: Orders totaling more than $75 (before taxes and after discounts) will qualify for free Standard Shipping. Over sized items are excluded from free shipping.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited orders placed by noon are processed the same day, and are shipped via 2nd Day Air. Delivery for 2nd Day Air shipments occurs Monday through Friday. Delivery address for Expedited Shipping must be a valid street address (P.O. Boxes are not acceptable).
Same Day Local Delivery: Local based customers residing within a 20 mile radius qualify for same day local delivery. After your order is submitted, please send us an email at email@example.com to arrange for delivery. When emailing, please include all contact information and delivery the location.

Sweets Supply Store is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. If you did not receive your package please contact us immediatley and we can assist by checking the tracking information provided to you. Please note, once your package status shows "delivered", we are no longer responsible.
All orders are double checked for accuracy prior to shipping. Immediately upon receipt of your order, please check your order to insure all items are correct.
Any shipping errors or damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.
If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping you will have the option of a replacement or a refund of the purchase price and shipping charges.
Sweets Supply Store is not responsible for the shipping cost to return items. If the product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping it is at our descrection to refund shipping for returns.
Refunds are in the form of original payment, so please note that your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
For health safety reasons food products and food packaging cannot be returned for any reason.
